Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Local degree or accredited by PEB will be an advantage)
- Min 5 years of Construction experience in Management capacity
- Strong leadership qualitites, drive, decisiveness and reliability
- To Manage and oversee Construction Project
- Able to communicate efficiently in both English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently and lead as the leader of the construction Team
- Possess Class 3 license
>> Project Engineers
Requirements:

- Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies
- Able to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors

Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Ensure construction is carried out or constructed in accordance with the approved plans and design
- Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality
- Able to communicate efficiently in both English and Mandarin
>> M&E Coordinators
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction related works
- Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage
>> Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Suveying / Building
- Minimum 3 years experience as QS or similar duties
- Familiar with Quantity Surveying, Tender taking off, Submission of Progress Claim and Claims Certification
